Plans
Three plans, set apart by how often your technician comes and what each visit covers
All three start the same way: one number, a named technician and a text the day before. The terms are under the table.

| A text the day before with the arrival window | |||
| Outside walls, eaves, vents and entry points | |||
| Inside treatment where we find activity | |||
| Yellowjacket and wasp nests outside the house | |||
| The same technician at each visit, when the route allows | |||
| Yearly termite and rodent entry-point check | |||
| Return visits between scheduled visits | |||
Visits in spring and fall | One visit a season | The checks are booked as their own visits |
Return visits: if the pests we treated for come back between scheduled visits, we return and treat the same areas at no charge while your plan is active. That covers the pests named on your service report, not pests we didn't treat for or entry points we asked you to seal that stay open. A plan is scheduled service, not insurance, and a termite report says what we saw on the day; neither pays for damage. Most plans start with a first-visit fee. Your written quote lists it, the price of each visit and the year's total before you say yes. To cancel, call or text the number; billing stops after the visit already booked.
Before you say yes
What your written quote lists
We don't print prices here, because the house and the lot decide them. You get these four lines in writing before any work.
- 01
The first-visit fee
What the first inspection and treatment cost, on its own line.
- 02
Each visit
The price of every scheduled visit after the first.
- 03
The year's total
All of it added up, so there is no monthly figure without the whole.
- 04
How to cancel
Call or text the number. Billing stops after the visit already booked.
Questions
About plans
Is a plan insurance?
No. A plan is scheduled service. It doesn't pay for damage, and it doesn't cover pests we didn't treat for.
Can I try one visit first?
Yes. You can book a single visit and decide on a plan after you've met your technician.
What does the same technician mean?
On Quarterly and Whole house, the person who knows your house comes each time when the route allows. If they're out, you get a text with the name of who is coming.
