Questions we get before the first visit

It depends on the size of the house and lot, the pest and how many visits it takes. We don't print prices. The written quote lists the first-visit fee, each visit and the year's total.

Many homes do well with four visits a year. Some need two, and some need a plan with a yearly termite and rodent check. We tell you what we see and let you choose.

We can't promise any product is harmless to every child or pet, and nobody should. Licensed applicators follow the product label, we tell you which rooms and areas to keep children and pets out of and for how long, and we give you the product name if you ask. Most visits start outside, at the entry points.

For most homes, activity drops within a week or two, though this varies by pest and by house. Ants and rodents often take more than one visit.

Not always. We tell you when you book. Outside-only visits often don't need you home. Inside visits do.

Call the number. If the pest we treated for comes back within 60 days of a visit, we return and treat the same areas at no charge. That covers the pests named on your service report. It doesn't cover pests we didn't treat for, or entry points we asked you to seal that stay open. Plan customers get return visits between scheduled visits for as long as the plan is active.

No. You can book one visit. Plans can be canceled by calling or texting the number; billing stops after the visit already booked.

We inspect and report in writing. A report says what we saw on the day. It promises nothing about the future, and it doesn't cover damage.
