Pest control in Sacramento

No call center. One number, and we pick up.

Call or text (916) 555-0101 and you reach our office on Folsom Boulevard, the people who book your visit. The technician who comes has a name, and you hear it before they arrive.

  • One number for calls and texts
  • A technician you know by name
  • A written quote before any work

How we answer

What changes when the person who answers works here

This is not about anyone else's technicians. It is about who is on the other end when you call, and whether you can reach them again.

Plans

Three plans, one technician who knows your house

Every plan comes with the same two things: one number to call or text, and a technician you know by name. The plans differ in how often that person comes and what each visit covers.

  • Spring and Fall

Two visits a year, outside the house

    • Your technician's name on every service report
    • A text the day before with the arrival window
    • Outside walls, eaves, vents and entry points
    • Inside treatment where we find activity
    • Yellowjacket and wasp nests outside the house
    • The same technician at each visit, when the route allows
    • Yearly termite and rodent entry-point check
    • Return visits between scheduled visits

    Visits in spring and fall

  • Quarterly

    Most chosen

Four visits a year, outside and inside

    • Your technician's name on every service report
    • A text the day before with the arrival window
    • Outside walls, eaves, vents and entry points
    • Inside treatment where we find activity
    • Yellowjacket and wasp nests outside the house
    • The same technician at each visit, when the route allows
    • Yearly termite and rodent entry-point check
    • Return visits between scheduled visits

    One visit a season

  • Whole house

Quarterly visits, plus a yearly termite and rodent check

    • Your technician's name on every service report
    • A text the day before with the arrival window
    • Outside walls, eaves, vents and entry points
    • Inside treatment where we find activity
    • Yellowjacket and wasp nests outside the house
    • The same technician at each visit, when the route allows
    • Yearly termite and rodent entry-point check
    • Return visits between scheduled visits

The checks are booked as their own visits

Return visits: if the pests we treated for come back between scheduled visits, we return and treat the same areas at no charge while your plan is active. That covers the pests named on your service report, not pests we didn't treat for or entry points we asked you to seal that stay open. A plan is scheduled service, not insurance, and a termite report says what we saw on the day; neither pays for damage. Most plans start with a first-visit fee. Your written quote lists it, the price of each visit and the year's total before you say yes. To cancel, call or text the number; billing stops after the visit already booked.

Who answers, who comes

Six people, four routes

Ask for your technician by name when you call. Routes follow the map, not a software queue, so you see the same person at the next visit.

  • Sovann Chhay

    Owner

Started the company and still takes calls in the morning. Reads every service report before it goes out.

  • Ava Chhay

    Operations manager and technician

Schedules the routes and drives the north route herself: North Highlands, Antelope, Rio Linda, Roseville and Lincoln.

  • Folake Adebayo

    Office manager

Books visits, moves them and answers most calls. Knows your plan and what your last report said.

  • London Handy

    Service technician

Drives the central route: Midtown, East Sacramento, Land Park and Curtis Park. Inside visits and attic checks.

  • Johnny Ruvalcaba

    Service technician

Drives the south route: Florin, Vineyard, Parkway and Wilton. Outside treatments and yellowjacket nests.

  • Jasleen Ahluwalia

    Service technician

Drives the east route: Arden-Arcade, Gold River and Rosemont. Termite and rodent entry-point checks.

What we treat

The pests Sacramento homes call about

Houses and duplexes from Land Park to Rio Linda. Each page says what we look for, what we do in four steps and what to do before we come.

  • Ants and spiders

We follow the trail to the gap it comes through, then treat the outside first.

    Ants and spiders
  • Rats and mice

Roof rats come along fences and branches. We seal the way in, then trap.

  • Yellowjackets and wasps

Nests in the ground, under eaves and in wall voids. We say what we can reach.

    Yellowjackets and wasps
  • Termites

A written report of what we see on the day. It promises nothing about tomorrow.

  • Fleas, earwigs and silverfish

The smaller, steadier problems that an inspection usually explains.

    All pests
  • Cockroaches

Kitchens, baths and the walls between. We find where they live first.

    All pests

Start outside

We walk the outside of the house first

Most of what gets in comes through a gap: a vent, an eave, a pipe, a gate that doesn't close. We look at those with a flashlight before we treat anything.

  • We check vents, eaves, pipes and the gaps around them.

  • We tell you what we found, in plain words, before we talk about a price.

  • You get a written quote before any treatment starts.

  • We follow the product label, and name the product if you ask.

Customers

What people wrote about the phone call

“I called on a Tuesday and Folake picked up on the second ring. London came Thursday morning in the window she gave me, and he showed me which vents he'd screened.”

Maisie T.Homeowner, Land Park

“I'd had a national company for years and never spoke to the same person twice. Here the same number reached the same office, and Jasleen's name was on every report.”

Cuong N.Homeowner, Arden-Arcade

“Yellowjackets in the wall by our patio. Johnny told me what he could reach and what he couldn't before he started, and the quote matched the bill.”

Questions

Before you call

Who answers the phone?

A person in our office, during office hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., and Saturday, 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. After hours, leave a message or text the same number and we reply when the office opens.

How much does it cost?

It depends on the size of the house and lot, what you're seeing and how many visits it takes, so we don't print prices. You get a written quote before any work: the first-visit fee, each visit and the year's total.

Do I have to sign up for a plan?

No. You can book one visit. A plan adds scheduled visits and the same technician, and you can cancel it by calling or texting the number.

Is it safe for my kids and pets?

We can't promise any product is harmless to every child or pet, and nobody should. Licensed applicators follow the product label, we tell you which rooms and areas to keep children and pets out of and for how long, and we give you the product name if you ask. Most visits start outside, at the entry points.

What if the pests come back?

Call the number. If the pest we treated for comes back within 60 days of a visit, we return and treat the same areas at no charge. That covers the pests named on your service report. It doesn't cover pests we didn't treat for, or entry points we asked you to seal that stay open. Plan customers get return visits between scheduled visits for as long as the plan is active.

Call or text

Call it. A person answers.

Tell us the address and what you saw. We'll give you a two-hour window and the name of the technician.

Office hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.; Saturday, 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. Outside those hours, leave a message or text and we reply when the office opens.
