A family company that answers its own phone
Sovann Chhay started the company, and his daughter Ava runs the routes. Folake Adebayo runs the office, and she or one of the Chhays picks up when you call.
We are small on purpose. The person who books your visit sits a few feet from the people who drive the routes, so a change is one conversation, not a ticket. Each technician has an area and learns the houses in it.

Schedules the routes and drives the north route herself: North Highlands, Antelope, Rio Linda, Roseville and Lincoln.
Folake Adebayo
Office manager
Books visits, moves them and answers most calls. Knows your plan and what your last report said.
London Handy
Service technician
Drives the central route: Midtown, East Sacramento, Land Park and Curtis Park. Inside visits and attic checks.
Johnny Ruvalcaba
Service technician
Drives the south route: Florin, Vineyard, Parkway and Wilton. Outside treatments and yellowjacket nests.
Jasleen Ahluwalia
Service technician
Drives the east route: Arden-Arcade, Gold River and Rosemont. Termite and rodent entry-point checks.
